Recently, I had the opportunity to visit a gym located at Campo de futsal (Descoberto), Bairro Caixa Previd\u00eancia H, Coimbra. Here is a neutral review of my experience:<\/p>\n

The gym offers a variety of facilities that cater to different fitness needs. There is a well-equipped weight room, a cardio area with treadmills and bikes, and a dedicated space for group classes. Additionally, the gym features a futsal field, which is a unique offering for those interested in this sport.<\/p>\n

Equipment<\/h3>\n

The equipment is modern and well-maintained. There are plenty of machines and free weights available, so you rarely have to wait to use the equipment. However, during peak hours, the gym can get quite crowded.<\/p>\n

Cleanliness<\/h3>\n

The gym is generally clean, but there are times when the locker rooms and restrooms could use more frequent attention. The staff does a good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the workout areas.<\/p>\n

Staff<\/h3>\n

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always available to assist with any questions or concerns. However, some members have mentioned that the staff could be more proactive in offering fitness advice and guidance.<\/p>\n
